Yoga Centre Prosvetlenie is a centre in the heart of Moscow that runs a series of yoga lessons. It also organises tea parties for the residents of the city and a fortune telling service is offered as well.

You thought you can't buy delicious self made tofu in different variants in Moscow? YES you can!! And it's not expensive. The magazine just moved more central to the street Prospekt Mira, so it's all pretty new. I tried a variant with different spices and it is great. You can buy different vegetarian and vegan products. Not only food and many different spices, but also cosmetics and soap . Another advantage is, that there are many eco-product used. It's time for fresh air and innovation in Moscow ;)

Vegetarian Restaurant Cок- "Juice"

The name says it- here you can be sure that if you order juice, you will be provided with freshly made from different fruits and vegetables you can compose by yourself.
Situated very centrally on the opposite of world famous Tretjakovsky Gallery with an appealing and artistic interior design itself, the prices are definitely a bit more upscale, but there is a convenient offer: On weekdays from 12 to 4 pm, you can choose different menus starting from 255 Rubles. Every menu includes a hot dish and freshly pressed juice. I tried a Menu with 'борщ' soup.                                                        It was very nice, as I like traditional Russian dishes a lot.
If you want to have something more exotic, the menu includes a variety of international food, seitan and tofu products and a variety of desserts. The peculiarity here are the vegan, handmade sweets that are also suitable for raw eaters. I never ate something comparable and they are absolutely delicious!

Vegetarian Café "Avocado"

Here we have another Vegetarian "Cafe". Situated very central near the metro station Chistye Prudy, this restaurant offers a large variety of dishes from different points of the world. There is a very light, modern ambiance and it is a pleasure to spend your time there.  As a real rarity in Moscow, the cafe is smoke-free. It is possible to  ask for a menu in English language and- what is very convenient-  vegan food is tagged and there is a special section for raw-eaters . You pay around 250 Roubles for a nice soup, which is very filling though. I ABSOLUTELY recommend to you the mushroom soup which is just superb!

Pioneer of vegetarian restaurants "Jagannat"

This is one great place!! Welcome to the paradise for vegans and vegetarians! While being in a very reasonable price scale the self-service-restaurant offers many different dishes- from international food to traditional Russian dishes (but of course in the vegetarian variant). I can absolutely recommend to you the Falafel, it is delicious! But "schashlik" and pumkin soup are not bad neither.
The most seducing thing here is- as I think- the atmosphere. I like the Indian-inspired interior design a lot and it will make you feel at ease :)
